Model Choice:

As a commonly used lifting equipment, the selection of the bucket elevator is restricted by many factors, and selecting the wrong model will bring endless trouble to the user.

It is generally decided that the bucket elevator selection depends on the following factors:

Material form: whether the material is powdery or granular or small.

Physical properties of the material: The material has no adsorption or viscosity, whether it contains water.

The proportion of materials: The parameters of the general bucket elevator are designed and calculated for materials with a bulk density of less than 1.6. Too much material weight needs to be calculated for the traction force and the tensile strength of the transmission section.

Unit volume of delivery.

In general, the form of the material directly determines the unloading mode of the material. The common rule is that the powdered material is discharged by centrifugal ejection and the bulk material is unloaded by gravity. The unloading method determines the hopper type adopted by the bucket elevator.
