Working Principle:
Dust-laden gas will enter the dust collector from the middle box, and then it will flow from bottom to top. After the bag is filtered in the flow process, the dust will be trapped outside the filter bag. Then the purified air will be Collected from the air box on the bag, and then clean air from the air outlet. When the dust collector filters dust-containing gas for a certain period of time, the dust resistance on the outer surface of the dust collector bag will gradually increase. It will determine the cleaning time based on actual measurement conditions. When the long bag low pressure pulse dust collector is working, it will The pulse controller is used to send a signal command, and then the poppet valve of the first chamber starts to close. After the filtered airflow is cut off, the pulse valve of the chamber is opened, and the compressed air of more than 0.4 Mpa is injected into the purifying chamber. This will remove dust from the filter bag. When the dust collector finishes this dust removal action, the poppet valve will open again. Our bag house dedusting equipment will then perform continuous dusting and ashing as described above.

3. Maintenance and replacement bags can be kept in the system fan, the system under normal operating conditions under the room. Bag bag mouth adopts elastic ringing, good sealing performance, firm and reliable. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag, and facilitates the unloading of the bag.
