Details
The NE board bucket elevator is a product that has been introduced and developed by foreign advanced technology. It is suitable for vertical conveying of powdery, granular, and massive materials, as well as materials with greater abrasiveness, such as fly ash, slag, limestone, cement raw material, cement clinker, cement, coal, dry clay, etc. The temperature of the material generally does not exceed 250 degrees and the lifting height is up to 40 meters.
The NE plate chain bucket elevator is a plate chain type, gravity-induced discharge hoist device. The machine adopts inflow feeding. The material flows into the hopper and is lifted to the top by the chain of the plate. It discharges itself under the gravity of the material. The chain is a high-strength alloy steel high-strength plate chain that is wear-resistant and reliable, and the hard-tooth surface reducer is used in the drive section.

Components:
The NE board chain bucket elevator consists of running parts, drive units, upper units, middle cabinets, and lower units.
<1> Running parts It consists of a hopper and a special chain. The single-row chain is used for the NE30 and the NE50-NE800 is double-chained.
<2>Drive A variety of drive combinations are used. The drive platform is equipped with a maintenance frame and a railing, and the drive device is divided into two types: left and right.
<3> Upper unit A rail (double-row chain), backstop, and discharge pockets are fitted with anti-return rubber sheets.
<4> The middle section of the middle section is equipped with rails to prevent the chain from swinging during operation.
<5> Lower unit An automatic tensioner is installed.
 
Installation:
NE board chain bucket elevator installation method is as follows
<1> The supporting surface of the lower section of the bucket elevator must be located on the level of the foundation.
<2> The upper drive shaft and the lower tension shaft of the bucket elevator should be in the same vertical plane.
<3> There shall be no significant misalignment at the flange joint of the middle casing.
<4> The position of the hopper on the traction member should be correct and reliable.
<5> After the tensioning device is adjusted properly, the tensioning force necessary for uniform and normal operation of the traction member should be provided.
